The Somers Point Northeast Residential Repair Program would help eligible homeowners maintain safe, stable, and comfortable homes while strengthening the neighborhood.

  • Address urgent health and safety concerns

  • Repair roofing, plumbing, electrical, and heating systems

  • Improve energy efficiency through weatherization

  • Support accessibility and aging-in-place modifications

  • Enhance home exteriors and neighborhood appearance

  • Preserve owner-occupied housing for long-term residents

  • Encouragement of stable, long-term homeownership

Eligibility requirements, assistance amounts, and program terms are subject to final approval and available funding.
