The proposed Welcome Home Initiative helps eligible homebuyers purchase and occupy a primary residence in Somers Point’s Northeast Neighborhood. Subject to final program approval and available funding, the initiative may provide assistance with eligible down payment and closing costs, helping reduce financial barriers to homeownership while promoting neighborhood stability and long-term investment.
