Façade Improvement Program

The Somers Point Northeast Facade Improvement Grant would help eligible property and business owners complete visible exterior improvements that enhance individual properties and strengthen the appearance and economic vitality of the Northeast Neighborhood.

Potential improvements may include:

• Storefronts, awnings, and canopies

• Exterior painting, siding, trim, and masonry

• Windows and exterior doors

• Signage and exterior lighting

• Porches, steps, railings, and accessible entrances

• Landscaping and other visible site improvements

• Weatherization and exterior repairs

• Other approved facade enhancements

Assistance will be subject to eligibility requirements, design review, approved program guidelines, and available funding.
